DAILY ORDER

  1. The short controversy involved herein is with regard to non calculation of four increments which was granted to the applicant arising out of the benefits given to those persons who rendered their military service during 1st National Emergency period from 19.10.1962  to 10.01.1968.  The applicant was granted four increments but when revision of pay scale was carried out on 01.01.1986, same was not added.
  2. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks and is granted time to clarify what pay scale the applicant was having before and after the revision of pay scale.
