Heard Sri N. Vijay, learned counsel for the applicant.

2.  Smt K. Rajitha, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3.   This is about suspension of the applicant by the respondents. The applicant approached this Tribunal in OA.291/2021 wherein the respondents were directed to dispose of the appeal made against the suspension.  However, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that she could not serve the copy of the Tribunal’s order on the respondents.  Hence, no order could be passed.  The reason given was because of the Covid, they could not collect the copy.   The submission of the respondents is reasonable and, therefore, it would be proper and appropriate to dispose of the OA itself instead of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation made against the suspension.  The learned counsel for the applicant has also conceded the same.

4.   Hence, in view of the above, the respondents are directed to submit a final reply within four weeks. There shall not be given any further extension of time for filing reply.
