The learned counsel for applicant has requested to consider the matter regarding the drawl of pension of the applicant from Ahmedabad consequent to the acceptance of his voluntary retirement application dated 30/7/2018.

On going through the records, it appears that the OA does not have any pleadings regarding drawl of pension and the matter cannot be taken up for any such issue on the ground of voluntary retirement. However,  at the request of the learned counsel for applicant , the matter will be taken up again on 20/09/2018.
