Present :  Shri Deep D Vyas Ld. Ädv for the applicant.

        Learned counsel for the applicant files proof of direct service. He also informs the Bench that the applicant had applied for voluntary retirement and the Respondent vide Order No.A-38012/23/2018-AdVI(A) dated 30.07.2018 have informed the applicant that the President of India is pleased to allow him to retire from government service with effect from 10.08.2018 (A/N).  Learned counsel also provides a copy of the said order, which may be taken on record by the Registry. 

      In view of this, the Respondents are directed to file their appearance and short reply at the earliest.
