Reply in respect of respondent No. 2 is on record.  Reply of respondent No. 3 is still awaited despite service.  Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 states that reply is ready and will be filed during the course of the day.  A copy of which is handed over to the counsel opposite.  Learned counsel for the applicant seeks and is granted two weeks' time to file rejoinder. 

      Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Bench for further proceedings on 21.12.2016.
