Senior counsel appearing for the respondents has produced a letter stating the details of SLP which was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and also regarding various circulars issued by the Railway Department which are followed now. Counsel also submits that she will file a detailed statement regarding the implication of all these since these OAs are filed long back and many of the applicants are also promoted.

In view of the above submission, senior counsel is requested to make arrangement for filing a statement regarding the present status of the case and also what can be done so that at least some of the cases can be withdrawn, if they are not interested.
