Adv.Mrs.Sumathi Dandapani,Senior Counsel, learned counsel for the respondents submits that she would like to get instructions from the respondents' side regarding the matter. 

Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have joined at their respective places and they have even got promotions and transfers after the filing of this O.A. Hence, now, it will be difficult to restore this case again to the same position.

Senior counsel for the respondents is requested to take instructions regarding the same and come back within a period of two weeks.
