Mr.M.Venkanna, Ld. Counsel for the applicant prayed for interim relief by keeping the vacancy notified in respect of Sl.No.42 of the Notification dated 18.3.2017  in abeyance Ms.K.Rajitha, Ld.Sr.CGSC opposed the prayer for interim relief.

After considering the submissions on both sides,  I hold that there is no ground at this juncture for keeping in abeyance the filling up of the vacancy at Sl.No.42.  The respondents are permitted to proceed with the impugned Notification.  However,  selection to the vacancy at Sl.No.42 for the post of GDS BPM for Rachini S.O., Ityal B.O. shall not be done without the leave of this Tribunal.
