Heard Shri A.D.Vankar, learned counsel for the applicant. 

        Perused the pleadings and the documents annexed thereto.

   On perusal of the pleadings and the documents annexed thereto, prima facie, I am of the opinion that the applicant has made out a case requiring reply of the respondents. Hence, issue notice to the respondents, returnable by 12-7-2017.

      On perusal of the pleadings and the documents annexed thereto and upon hearing Shri A.D.Vankar, learned counsel for the applicant, having regard to the cause of action and nature of the relief sought for by the applicant in this OA, I direct Ms. Roopal Patel, the learned ACGSC to take notice on behalf of the respondents and to get necessary instructions from the respondents and to file reply by the next date of hearing.
