Heard Sri K. Sudhaker Reddy, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Sri A. Radha Krishna, learned Senior Panel Counsel accepted notice on behalf of the respondents and advanced his arguments. 3. The applicant is shifted from the present place of posting Hyderabad to Tirupathi vide order dated 9.3.2021. He is due for retirement within one year. He is working as Library Information Assistant, which is a non-technical and non-administrative post. He has been working in Hyderabad for the last few years as his services are required for digitalization of the library work. Learned counsel for the applicant relied upon the transfer guidelines that employees, who are due for retirement within three years, shall be given posting of their choice. 4. During the course of arguments, Sri A. Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents apprised us that on 22.3.2021, an order relieving the applicant has been issued by the respondent authorities as there is requirement for the services of the applicant at Tirupathi. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the impugned transfer order dated 9.3.2021 and the relieving order dated 22.3.2021 are hereby stayed. The respondents are directed to allow the applicant to work in the present place for the next 14 days. 6. Respondents shall file reply by the next date of hearing with an advance copy to the other side. List the matter on 07.04.2021.
