Present :   Counsel for Applicant has sent a sick note.

                Ms.Prachi Upadhyay, Ld. counsel for Respondents.

    On last date i.e. 21.8.2018, Tribunal passed the Order, which reads :-

 ".......Learned proxy counsel seeks one week time whereas Learned counsel for respondents urged that matter is unnecessary being lingered on and if further time is granted, the interim relief may be vacated. Considered the submission. Request to give one week time acceded to. Matter be listed on 28.08.2018.  It is made clear that if on date fixed applicant does not take any step to yet argue the matter, matter will be disposed off as per rules.  Interim relief granted to continue till next date."  

  No steps appears to be taken on behalf of applicant whatsoever pursuant to aforesaid order and today learned counsel for the applicant is also not present and has sent a sick note. In view of the fact that sick note has been sent by learned counsel for applicant, the matter is adjourned to 10.9.2018.  Learned counsel may ensure his presence on next datefailing which matter may be proceeded under Rule 15 of CAT (Procedure) Rules, 1987.
