     Learned counsel for respondents submits that some new facts has been incorporated by the applicant in his rejoinder and therefore, it was necessary for the respondents to rebut the same by filing surrejoinder. She further added that she has already filed surrejoinder, but as no permission prior to filing surrejoinder was taken, the same was kept in 'C'  file. She request that permission for filing surrejoinder be given and surrejoinder be taken on record. In view of this circumstances, surrejoinder is allowed to be taken on record. 

      Heard both counsel on MA No.323/2017 for amendment.  Learned counsel submits that by virtue of this MA, he wishes to amend the OA and to bring on record, Order dated 09.5.2017 of the department as well Order passed by the Hon'ble High Court. He urged that said Orders are of period post of filing of the OA and it is necessary to bring said Orders on record and therefore, is the present MA for amendment in OA. Learned counsel for respondents mentioned that respondents reply will be required. He request for two weeks time to file reply. Time as sought for is granted to the respondents for filing reply to MA for amendment.
