2. Mrs. K. Rajitha, Learned Senior Central Govt. Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents again sought for postponement of the hearing by a  one day.  Nevertheless, she has pleaded that she could not go through certain documents which are relevant to the case and some documents have to be forwarded to the learned Standing Counsels for both the State Governments.
