Through Video Conferencing Heard Sri K. Raghavacharyulu, learned counsel for the applicant; Mrs. K. Rajitha, learned Sr. CGSC for the Union of India and the learned counsels appearing for the Governments of A.P and Telangana. 2. Sri M. Bal Raj, learned Government Pleader for the State Govt. of A.P. and the Learned Special Counsel for State Government of Telangana sought four weeks time for filing reply. Ld. Counsel for the applicant contested stating that the OA has been filed challenging the order of DOPT some time back and the Govts of A.P & Telangana have not much of a role to play. Besides, the applicant’s father has passed away recently and that since applicant is suffering from serious health issues, requested that the OA be disposed. Albeit DOPT order has been challenged, yet it would be proper in the interest of justice to give the Govts of A.P. & Telangana an opportunity, to place their point of view, if any, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, by filing reply statements. Hence two weeks time granted as requested. 3. List the matter on 25.09.2020 under the caption 'Part Heard'.
