Heard both the counsel.  

2.  The case came up for hearing on six occasions. The respondents have filed the reply.  However,  3rd respondent has stated that they would like to accommodate the applicant. Based on that, learned counsel representing the 1st Respondent wanted to file additional material. Ample opportunity was given.  However, they did not avail.  Again today, learned counsel for the respondents seeks one week’s time.  In the process, the litigation has been delayed.  Nevertheless, as a final opportunity one week’s time is given.  The learned counsel for the respondents shall ensure that whatever additional material they would like to file, is filed before the next date of hearing.
