It is submitted by counsel for the respondents that actually this is not a remanded matter from the Hon'ble High Court and when the interim order passed by this Tribunal was challenged before the Hon'ble High Court, High Court has confirmed the same. Counsel for the parties prays for posting this matter in the regular list instead of posting under the heading "High Court direction/remanded". 

On a perusal of the order of the Hon'ble High Court, it is noticed that there is direction from the Hon'ble High Court to this Tribunal to dispose of this matter within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of that judgment.
