Learned counsel for the respondents prays for time for filing objections to the MA.

It was pointed out by the learned counsel for the miscellaneous applicants that applicants 1 & 4 are ex-servicemen and hence they are entitled to be considered for filling up of the vacancies in terms of Annexure A14 but the respondents are not taking any action on that.

This Tribunal directs the miscellaneous respondent No.1 to consider Annexure A15 representation filed by the miscellaneous applicants before misc. respondent No.1. Misc. respondent No.1 is directed to take a decision on Annexure A15 within 15 days.
