It is seen that despite the order dated 27.10.2017 directing Respondent No.1 in the O.A to consider and take a decision on Annexure A-15 representation within 15 days, no action has been taken by the said respondents.  Learned counsel appearing for the Central Government submitted that an M.A for extension of time for complying with that order has been filed but the same has not reached the Bench so far.  Nevertheless, in the circumstances of the case this Tribunal is not inclined to grant extension and direct Respondent No.1 to take a decision within 15 days from today.  It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the circumstance that an earlier O.A filed by the applicant was disposed of by a Division Bench, this O.A also may be posted before a Division Bench.  Since the matter is pertaining to selection and appointment, Registry is directed to list the matter before a Division Bench on 22.12.2017.

Issue a copy of this order to the learned counsel for the respondents for communicating the same to Respondent No.1 and to the learned counsel for the applicant also.
