Heard Mr.Shafik M.A, learned counsel for applicants for some time. Respondents have not filed reply statement on the queries made by this Tribunal in terms of the order dated 27.3.2017.

 Mr.Sishoy, Advocate representing Mr.S.Sreenath, ACGSC, learned counsel for respondents submitted that Mr.S.Sreenath,ACGSC has some inconvenience today and hence he prays for posting the matter tomorrow for hearing on the above queries made by this Tribunal. Respondents are further directed to produce the relevant records relating to the vehicles, Drivers and MMV schedules. An official who is in charge of the MMV schedules and vehicles shall also be present for furnishing clarifications, if necessary.

 Issue copies of this order to learned counsel on both sides.
