    Today, on behalf of the respondents, Standing counsel Shri H.D.Shukla submits that one week time be granted to file reply to all connected OAs. He assures that he will serve an advance copy of the reply of all connected OAs to the counsel for the applicant. 

      On the otherhand, counsel for the applicant, Shri Harshal N. Pandya submits that liberty may be granted to file rejoinder. 

     Considering the aforesaid, ten days time is granted to the respondents for filing of their reply.  Liberty is granted to the applicant to file rejoinder, within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of the reply to be filed by the respondents. It is made clear that no further time will be granted to any of the parties and the matter will be proceeded further on the next date. 

      List this matter on 09.09.2021. 

      Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to counsel for both the parties through email.  It is further directed to place a copy of this order to the other connected OAs, which are listed in today's cause list.
