2.   The present MA No. 491/2020 is filed seeking clarification to the interim order of status quo dated 18.2.2020 passed in O.A. No.206/2020, which was passed based upon the order passed in MA No.24/2020 in OA No.83/2020. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the status quo order is to be made applicable only to the candidates figuring at Sl.No.10 & 11 in the impugned Memo dated 7.2.2020.  It is to be clarified that this Tribunal has directed the respondents to maintain status quo in regard to Sri Amula Ravinder, SC candidate (Sl.No.10) & Sri P. Suresh, SC candidate (Sl.No.11).  For the rest of the candidates in the impugned Memo, the order remains as it is.  This clarification to the interim order passed by the Tribunal is sought by the learned counsel for the applicants.

3.   This Tribunal is of the view that the interim order granted in O.A.No.206/2020 is based upon the order passed in MA No.24/2020 in O.A. No.83/2020. To clarify the issue raised in the present MA, both the O.As need to be listed together. Hence, Registry is directed to list this matter along with O.A. No.83/2020 on 18.12.2020.
