Learned counsel, inter alia, contended that controversy involved in the present case is identical to the one raised in O.A. No.61/90/2017 (Harbans Lal & Ors. Vs. UOI & Ors.).

Issue notice to the respondents returnable within a period of two weeks.

At this stage, Mr. Ram Lal Gupta, Advocate appears and accepts notices on behalf of all the respondents.

Let the file be placed before the Registrar on 07.03.2017, for completion of pleadings by the parties.

Meanwhile, recovery of the impugned amount is hereby stayed.
