Neither he is present nor anybody represents him. Hence, the respondent No.4 is placed ex-parte. Ms. Prachi Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 has sent a leave note. Hence, with a view to give her an opportunity, the matter is adjourned for reply of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 by 19.9.2017.
