        Counsel for the respondents, Shri M.J.Patel appears through video conference and submits that though the applicant claimed that he has submitted his claim for medical reimbursement in prescribed format, but the same has not been received by the concerned department. Therefore, in the month of January, 2021, the office of the CMS, Vadodara, Western Railway requested the applicant to submit relevant documents regarding his claim for medical reimbursement. Counsel for the respondents  submits that the respondents are ready and willing to consider the claim of the applicant for medical reimbursement subject to the applicant fills up all details in prescribed format altogether with the supporting documents. He also requests to grant time to file reply.

       The applicant herein is appearing in person claims that he has submitted all the details along with the relevant documents for his claim of medical reimbursement before the competent authority and since no action has been taken, he has approached this Tribunal by filing this OA. 

       At this stage, we accept the request of the standing counsel for the respondents and grant two weeks time to file reply. 

       List this matter on 08.09.2021. In the meantime, it is open for the applicant to re-submit the relevant documents in prescribed format for his claim for medical reimbursement for early decision on his pending claim. 

        Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to counsel for both the parties through email.
