     Learned counsel for the applicant states that Item Nos.74, 77,78 and 93 are similar and identical.  In Item No.76 i.e. in the present OA-1701/2015, an order has already been passed by this Tribunal on 16.08.2017.

    List the matter on 22.01.2018.

    In the meantime, it is deemed appropriate that the expert report  be produced before the Tribunal and a copy thereof be also supplied to the counsel for the applicant to enable him to argue the matter.
