Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similar issues are pending before this Tribunal which are listed on 13.10.2017.

List this matter along with the connected matters on 13.10.2017 for which OA numbers shall be supplied by the learned counsel for the applicant to the Registry.

In the meantime, it is deemed appropriate that the expert report be produced before the Tribunal and a copy thereof be also supplied to the counsel for the applicant to enable him to argue the matter within two weeks.
