The interim relief prayed in the O.A. is 'to stay the further proceedings in pursuance of the 4th respondent Memo No. F6-1/15-16 dated 28.11.2016 pending final disposal of the O.A.'
This is a DB matter. A single member Bench can only take up the issue of granting interim relief if he/she is convinced that such relief is urgently required to meet the ends of justice. However, I am not inclined to grant any interim relief in this case.
Accordingly, the respondents are directed to file their reply statement and also indicate the status of inquiry proceedings within 4 weeks.
