Notice on the OA was issued on 24-6-2017.  Acknowledgment of the same is awaited.

       On perusal of the pleadings, the documents annexed thereto and upon hearing Shri A.L.Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, having regard to the cause of action and the nature of the relief sought in this OA, by exercising the powers conferred upon the Tribunal under sub-rule (4) of Rule 11 of CAT (Procedure) Rules, 1987, we direct Shri Joy Mathew, learned standing counsel for Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti to take notice on behalf of the respondents and to make his submission.

      After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, the matter is disposed of vide order dictated separately.
