  1. Heard Sh. D.R. Sharma who submitted that in an identical matter in the case of Mrs. Dheeraja Sharma vs. DPI UT Chandigarh in O.A. No.1311/2017, this Court has already issued notice and matter has now been posted for 17.01.2018.  Therefore, he prayed that being identical O.A. notice be also issued in this case.
  2. Issue notice.  Sh. Arvind Moudgil, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2.
  3. Let notice be issued to respondent no.3 for 09.02.2018.
  4. Meanwhile, four weeks time is granted to file written statement.
