MAs No.716, 718, 719, 917 & 918/2016 are dismissed in view of the fact that this Tribunal has already allowed MA No.505/2016 on 21.6.16 permitting the applicant to carry out necessary corrections in the OA. The applicant has not carried out corrections in the OA and has instead filed these MAs seeking amendment. The applicant is given one more opportunity to carry out amendment in the OA and serve on the other side within four weeks. The Respondents are permitted to file Addl. Reply, if any, thereafter.
