Misc. Application 060/2482/2021 has been filed by the applicants seeking leave of this Tribunal to join together and to maintain a joint Original Application before this Tribunal.

Original Application

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Issue notices to respondents to show cause as to why the Original Application be not admitted for hearing.

Sh. Arvind Moudgil, Advocate, accepts notices on behalf of Respondents No. 1 and 2.

So far as Respondents Nos. 3 to 36 are concerned, a direction is issued to the Special Secretary, Department of Personnel, Chandigarh Administration, Chandigarh to circulate the notices, issued by this Tribunal, amongst those respondents and file an affidavit in this regard, in the registry of this Tribunal a day prior to the date fixed.

List on 17.12.2021.

Any further promotions to the posts of Senior Assistant (Group-B) under Common Cadre Recruitment Rules, 2019 shall abide by the decision of this Tribunal.

Registry is directed to supply a complete set of Original Application to Sh. Arvind Moudgil during the course of the day.
