Taking into consideration, the common cause of action, similar nature of relief claimed, common interest in the matter, and for the reasons mentioned therein, the Miscellaneous Application (MA) is allowed. The applicants are permitted to join together to file the instant single application, as prayed for, particularly when there is no opposition of the same. O.A./60/1335/2017 Learned counsel, inter-alia, contended that the controversy involved in the instant OA is identical to the one raised in OA No.060/01129/2017 titled as Munni Lal & Others versus Union of India and Others, OA No.060/01204/2017 titled as Jagdev & others versus Union of India and Others, and OA No.060/01218/2017 titled as Shankar & Others versus Union of India and others, in which notices have already been issued and orders of status quo have already been passed, vide order dated 05.10.2017 (Annexure A-10), order dated 10.10.2017 and order dated 11.10.2017 (Annexure A-11) respectively, by this Tribunal, Heard. Issue notice to the respondents returnable within a period of four weeks. At this stage, Mr. Ram Lal Gupta, Advocate appears and accepts notice on their behalf. Let the file be placed before the learned Registrar on 19.12.2017, for completion of pleadings by the parties. Meanwhile, the respondents are directed to maintain the status quo with regard to the services of the applicants, in terms of the order dated 11.08.2017 passed in SWP No.1585/2017 (Annexure A-9) by Hon'ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir.
