Mr.M.S.Trivedi, learned counsel for applicant.

Mr.M.J.Patel, learned counsel for respondents.           

    Heard the counsel for the parties.  Mr.M.J.Patel, counsel for the respondents submit that he has filed his counter reply.  However, some of the annexures of the said reply are not legible as per the office objection raised by the Registry.  Therefore, he has sought time to place legible copies of annexures to his reply. 

   2.  Counsel for the applicant Mr.M.S.Trivedi submits that short time be granted to file his rejoinder to reply.  It is also brought to the notice of this Tribunal, by vide order dated 26.05.2020, transfer of lien of the applicant ordered to be remained stayed till further order.

    3.  Considering the aforesaid request made by the counsel and having taken note of the fact that this Tribunal, by vide order dated 26.05.2020 has stayed the transfer of lien of the applicant, we adjourn this case on 25.06.2020, meanwhile pleadings be completed.
