MA No. 060/00013/2020 is allowed and the applicants are permitted to join together to file this O.A.

Learned counsel submits that in similar matter (O.A. NO. 1355/2019) notices have been issued and interim stay in favour of the applicants therein have been granted vide order dated 24.12.2019.  It is also informed that the indicated matter is now fixed for 19.02.2020.  He prays that similar order be passed in this case as well.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At this stage, Mr. Arvind Moudgil, Advocate, appears and accepts notice on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 3.  He seeks and is granted four weeks time for filing written statement.

Let notice be sent to Respondent No. 4 by ordinary process.
