Heard Shri H.B.Desai, learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the pleadings and the documents annexed thereto.

       On perusal of the pleadings, the documents annexed thereto and upon hearing Shri H.B.Desai, learned counsel for the applicant with reference to the relief sought in the OA, by exercising the powers conferred upon the Tribunal under Sub-Rule (4) of Rule 11 of the CAT (Procedure) Rules, 1987, Ms. Roopal R.Patel, learned counsel who is on the panel of Advocates for Railways is directed to take notice on behalf of the respondents.

     Ms.Roopal R. Patel is  directed to verify from the respondents as to whether the respondent No.2 is in receipt of the representation dated 21-2-2016 vide Annexure A-4. She is further directed to secure the Service Register of the applicant and produce the same before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing.

      Post the matter before the Division Bench on 29-3-2017.

      Registry is directed to furnish a copy of this order to Ms. Roopal R.Patel so as to enable her to do the needful.
