Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that as per the written instructions received through email from the respondent the individual pension in respect of the applicant has got sanctioned and authorized by the Pay & Accounts Office (Pension Wing) and bills have been submitted by the Pay & Accounts Office for transferring the same to the applicant's account.

Learned counsel representing Mr. N. Unnikrishnan submitted that no gratuity was paid to the applicant. 

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that efforts are being made by the respondents to settle all the retiral benefits due to the applicant. 

In the above circumstance the applicant's counsel is directed to get instructions from the applicant whether his pension has been recieved in his personal account or not. Respondents shall take steps for releasing gratuity, commutted value of pension, UTGEIS benefit (if eligible) and also the contribution of the applicant collected towards NPS.
