Mr.Manu, learned standing counsel for Lakshadweep Administration, submitted that the following order dated 12.12.2017 has been passed by the Director, Animal Husbandry, Lakshadweep Administration:

“Please refer to the interim order dated 19.5.2017 in OA No.181/13/2017 issued by Hon'ble CAT, Ernakulam bench filed by one Shri K.P.Muthukoya, retired MSE AH Unit, Androth regarding non-payment of pension and pensionary benefits due to the applicant. The following payment against his pension is made/pending through P.F.M.S to his bank A/c No.99522200001647.

Pension commutation Rs.550,637 payment made and confirmed.

Pension Gratuity Rs.280,000 -do-

C.E.L.S Rs.222,133 -do-

Pension Arrear Bill Rs.109,152 -do-

Provisional pension

from 1.5.2016 to 31.11.2017 Rs.284,040 -do-

UTGEIGS Rs. 969 -do-

The payment under NPS if any will be processed and released immediately under intimation. This is for kind information please.”

Respondents are directed to file an affidavit to that effect. Applicant is directed to verify his bank account and confirm the same.
