After hearing both sides for some time, it was brought to our attention that instead of "Controller General of Accounts" who has been arrayed in this Original Application as respondent no.3, Pay and Accounts Officer, Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO)  ought to have been made a party.  Shri.N.Unnikrishnan, learned counsel for the applicant agrees to correct the description of respondent no.3 as mentioned above. We direct the Registry to correct the respondent no.3's description as Pay and Accounts Officer, CPAO, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Trikoot II, Bikajicama Place, New Delhi- 110 066.

Mr.M.K.Padmanabhan Nair, ACGSC, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he takes notice and that he has received instructions from the Pay & Accounts Officer, CPAO as mentioned above and that he would be filing a reply statement in terms of the order passed by this Tribunal on 5.1.2018.

Mr.N.Unnikrishnan, learned counsel for the applicant seeks some more time for filing a rejoinder/additional pleading.  

Respondent no.7 is directed to furnish a calculation statement with respect to the applicant regarding the amounts recovered from his salary towards NPS.
