When this case was brought before us today, it was pointed out by Shri.N.Unnikrishnan, learned counsel for the applicant that despite this Tribunal's interim direction for payment of pension/provisional pension, respondents have been prolonging the matter unduly under different pretexts.  We note that respondents have not complied with the orders.  As a final chance, we direct the respondents to comply with the interim order passed in this case by 14.12.2017, failing which we will be constrained to initiate suo-moto contempt proceedings against the respondent concerned.

Issue a copy of this order to learned counsel for respondent for communicating the same to the respondent concerned.
