Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that some amount has been remitted by the respondents in the account of the applicant without giving the details as to under which head such money has been so remitted.

Mr. Susheel Menon, Advocate representing Mr. S. Manu for respondents 2, and 4 to 7 is present.

Respondent Lakshadweep Administration is directed to file a statement showing the details of the different head under which the aforesaid amount has been paid. The remaining amount, if any, towards pensionary benefits to the applicant also be paid by the next posting date.
