Heard both sides for some time.  

We observe that the grievance of the applicant is not redressed for want of necessary clarification/orders from the  Controller General of Accounts/Central Pension Accounting Office (R.3). There are several such applications coming up where the same situation is prevailing. Therefore, we direct the aforesaid respondent to file a reply statement stating the factual position.  It is also noticed that Lakshadweep Administration has repeatedly taken up with the aforesaid respondents despite which there has been no positive reply received by them.  Hence it is directed that respondent (R.3) will indicate  clearly what action is to be taken with regard to this and similar grievances and a clear direction shall be issued within a month.

Issue a copy of this order to the learned standing counsel appearing for R.3 for communicating to the aforesaid R.3 respondent for compliance.
