    Respondents have objected to grant any relief in the MA No.153/2021 for condonation of delay. 

     Considering the grounds stated in the MA No.153/2021 for condonation of delay, we are satisfied with the explanation offered by the applicant for delay caused in filing this OA. Hence, MA No.153/2021 is allowed and delay caused in filing this OA is condoned.
