Misc. Application No.2405/2021 has been filed by the applicants seeking leave of this Tribunal to permit them to join together and to maintain a joint original application before this Tribunal.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Issue notices to respondents to show-cause as to why the original application be not admitted for hearing.

Sh. K. K. Thakur, Advocate, accepts notices on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4.

So far as respondents No.5 to 96 are concerned, a direction is issued to Regional Director, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Faridabad, Haryana to circulate the notices issued by this Tribunal amongsts those respondents and file an affidavit to this effect in the Registry on or before the next date of hearing.

List on 10.01.2022.

Let the respective written statements be filed by the respondents a day prior to the date fixed with advance copies to learned counsel for the applicants.

Registry is directed to supply a complete set of original application to Sh. K. K. Thakur during the course of the day.
