Both the learned counsel for the parties submitted that pleadings are complete. Accordingly, OA is admitted and fixed for hearing on 25.10.2017.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the respondents have, in their written statement, referred to the report of welfare inspector but a different report of the welfare inspector has been annexed with the written statement, and since it is a matter of compassionate appointment, therefore, this court may direct the railway respondents to produce the relevant report of the welfare inspector along with the records pertaining to compassionate appointment. Ordered accordingly.
