    Shri A.L.Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant in support of the prayer made in the OA places reliance on the judgment of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi dated 04-11-2016 in Union of India & Ors. v. Malbika Deb Gupta in W.P.(C)No.8058/2015.  Therefore, he is directed to serve a copy of the OA to Shri Joy Mathew, the learned standing counsel appearing for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti so as to enable him to make his submission as to whether the issue involved in this OA is covered by the said judgment of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi dated 04-11-2016 in Union of India & Ors. v. Malbika Deb Gupta {W.P.(C)No.8058/2015}.
