Despite grant of various opportunities, including last one subject to payment of costs, the respondents have failed to file written statement.

Today, their learned counsel requests another opportunity for the purpose.

Prayer is opposed by learned counsel for the applicants.

As a matter of indulgence, the respondents are granted additional three weeks time for filing written statement, subject however, to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/-, in total, to the State Legal Aid Fund, to be recovered from the erring officer. A proof of recovering the cost amount from the erring officer be also placed on record.
