2.     This case is regarding the selection of the applicant after appearing in the combined Graduate Level Examination, 2013. The cut-off mark is 339.5 for interview posts.  The Respondents have submitted that the applicant is not eligible to be considered for interview posts and only eligible to be considered for non-interview posts.

3.     After hearing counsel on both sides at length, the Original Application is dismissed vide order on separate sheets. No order as to costs.
