The learned railway counsel for the respondents submitted that the appeal made by the applicant has been disposed of and the penalty has been converted from reduction to lower stage in the same time scale of pay by one stage to censure.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in view of the submission made by the learned railway counsel, the O.A. may be closed as infructuous. If the applicant is otherwise aggrieved, he will approach the appropriate forum.
