Heard Mr. K. Sudhaker Reddy, learned counsel for the Applicant. 

2.  Mr. Laxman represents Mrs. K. Rajitha, learned Sr. CGSC and prays for two weeks time for filing reply statement.  However, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the DPC for the post of Chief Commissioner is likely to be held immediately and, therefore, prays for grant of interim relief by giving a direction to the Respondents to consider the case of the Applicant in the ensuing DPC.
