     Shri Sunil K.Nehra,  learned  counsel forthe applicant has submitted that in an identical case i.e.,    OriginalApplication No.105/2021 an interim order  to maintain staus quo has already been granted by this Tribunal.
     
     The fact as stated by  Shri Nehra has not been disputed by Shri Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. Central Government Standing counsel.
     
     In view of the above, as an interim measure, a direction is issued to the respondents to maintain staus quo as it exists on  today.
         
     Adjourned to  11.3.2021 at the request of Shri Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. Central Government Standing counsel  enabling him to file written statement on behalf of the respondents.
